You run the yard where every battery is checked in, sorted and sealed into lots. Nothing leaves without passing through your hands and your checklist.

What you'll do

  • Scan in every pack that arrives, checking its sticker, weight and condition against the pickup record.
  • Sort by chemistry and condition, and move swollen, leaking or damaged packs into the quarantine bay.
  • Store and stack by chemistry under our safety protocol, and keep the yard clean and clear.
  • Build lots and run the safety checklist before seal: terminals taped, damaged packs out.
  • Wear PPE every shift, and record every incident or near miss, however small.

What you'll bring

  • Experience in an EV service centre, battery workshop, warehouse or scrap yard.
  • You can read a battery label and tell LFP from NMC, or you learn it fast. We train on our process.
  • Safety first, every time, including when it slows the work down.
  • Comfortable using a phone app in Hindi.

Good to have

  • Forklift or pallet-truck experience.
  • Prior work with lithium-ion packs or hazardous goods.
