The situation
In most groups each showroom and workshop finds its own buyer for used packs, at its own price, and head office never sees the total. Cash sales at outlet level don't reconcile centrally.

How a programme starts
From the first call to a regular route. You tell us where the packs are; we do the running.
01. A call
Your sites, the vehicles and chemistries involved, and roughly how many packs come out each month.
02. A site list and a schedule
Which locations, how often, and who signs at each handover.
03. A first pickup
Weighed, stickered and paid, with a signed manifest of every pack collected.
04. A regular route
Once the first pickups run clean, your sites join a regular route.
Questions fleets ask
- Can you work with every outlet in our group?
- Yes, across western Uttar Pradesh and the NCR. We agree the outlets and a schedule for each.
- Can one outlet sell to you on its own?
- Yes. Individual dealers and workshops can start on WhatsApp; see Collection partners.
- When do outlets get paid?
- The same day, against the recorded weight, with a GST invoice.
- Do you buy lead-acid?
- No. We collect lithium-ion EV packs only.
