Swap and charging networks

Retired packs, collected station by station.

Swap and charging operators retire packs across stations and depots. We pick them up on a schedule, grade every one on the spot, and keep a record from your station to the recycler's gate.

The situation

A swap network retires packs across many stations and depots, and they collect wherever there's a corner to put them. They need safe storage while they wait, and most networks run more than one chemistry.

What left which station, when, and where it went is rarely written down in one place.

A sample station log. Illustrative data.

  1. 01Scheduled by station

How often we call at each station or depot depends on how quickly its packs retire.

  2. 02Graded on the spot

Intact, swollen, damaged or unlabelled, recorded before a pack goes on the truck. Damaged packs are handled separately.

  3. 03Chemistries kept apart

LFP and NMC are recorded separately and never share a lot.

  4. 04Registered recyclers only

Every pack goes to a CPCB-registered recycler, with the manifest to show it.

How a programme starts

From the first call to a regular route. You tell us where the packs are; we do the running.

  1. 01. A call

Your sites, the vehicles and chemistries involved, and roughly how many packs come out each month.

  2. 02. A site list and a schedule

Which locations, how often, and who signs at each handover.

  3. 03. A first pickup

Weighed, stickered and paid, with a signed manifest of every pack collected.

  4. 04. A regular route

Once the first pickups run clean, your sites join a regular route.

Questions fleets ask

How often can you collect?
On a schedule we agree per station or depot, based on how quickly your packs retire.
Do you take swollen packs?
By arrangement. Tell us before the pickup so the crew comes prepared; swollen and damaged packs are recorded and kept out of every lot.
Can you handle both LFP and NMC?
Yes. Each pack's chemistry is recorded at pickup, and every lot holds one chemistry only.
How are we paid?
At rates per chemistry agreed upfront, against the recorded weight, with a GST invoice.
