The situation
Hub teams end up finding buyers for dead packs when they should be keeping vehicles on the road. Prices change from buyer to buyer and day to day, cash sales are hard to reconcile, and once a pack is sold nobody can say where it went.

02Paid the same day
Against the recorded weight, at rates per chemistry agreed before the first pickup, with a GST invoice.
03A signed manifest
Every sticker collected from the hub, signed by your hub lead at handover.
04Registered recyclers only
Your packs go to CPCB-registered recyclers and nowhere else.

01. A call
Your sites, the vehicles and chemistries involved, and roughly how many packs come out each month.
02. A site list and a schedule
Which locations, how often, and who signs at each handover.
03. A first pickup
Weighed, stickered and paid, with a signed manifest of every pack collected.
04. A regular route
Once the first pickups run clean, your sites join a regular route.
Questions fleets ask
- Which vehicles' packs do you take?
- Lithium-ion packs from e-scooters, e-rickshaws, e-carts and e-loaders, LFP and NMC.
- When do we get paid?
- The same day, against the weight recorded on our scale at your hub, with a GST invoice.
- Where do you collect?
- From hubs across western Uttar Pradesh and the NCR, from our first yard in Ghaziabad.
- Do you take damaged packs?
- By arrangement. Every pack is graded at pickup; swollen or damaged packs are handled separately and never enter a lot.
