Optimite Energy is an Optimite company, registered in Gurugram, Haryana. For this website, we decide what personal data is collected and why, which makes us the data fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

When you send our contact form, we receive what you type: your name and email, and optionally your phone number, company, the role you're applying for, and your message. We also record the page you sent it from, any campaign tags in the link you followed, your browser type, and a one-way hash of your IP address, which we use only to stop spam. We never store the IP address itself.

If you email or message us directly, we receive what you send.

We don't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers on this website, and we don't collect anything when you simply read it.

To reply to your enquiry, to consider your application if you've applied for a role, and to keep a record of our conversation so whoever on the team picks it up has the context. You give us that consent when you send the form, and you can withdraw it at any time.

We do not sell your details, and we don't use them for marketing unless you ask us to.

Enquiries are stored in our internal operations system, which only our team can access. The companies that host this website and that system process the data on our behalf, under our instructions, and for no other purpose.

We'll disclose personal data to a government authority only where the law requires it.

We keep an enquiry for as long as we're in conversation with you, or as long as the law requires us to keep business records, and then delete it. Job applications are kept only as long as the hiring for that role needs them. You can ask us to delete your details sooner.

Data travels over encrypted connections, access is limited to the people who need it, and every change to an enquiry is logged.

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you and how we've used it, ask us to correct, complete or erase it, withdraw your consent, and nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf. Write to us at the address below and we'll respond.

If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

This website is meant for businesses and job applicants. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
