An electric e-rickshaw with a blue body and yellow canopy on a Delhi road

The corridor

One corridor, run properly.

Western Uttar Pradesh and the National Capital Region: where we collect, why we start here, and where our first yard is being built.

Our first yard

Ghaziabad.

Our first yard is being built in Ghaziabad, at the centre of the corridor. It's where packs are scanned in, sorted by chemistry and condition, quarantined when they need to be, and sealed into lots for registered recyclers.

What we collect here

Every kind of EV on the corridor's roads.

  • E-rickshaws and e-carts

The low-speed three-wheelers that move people and goods across the corridor's towns.

  • E-scooters

Personal and delivery two-wheelers, the largest EV segment in India.

  • E-loaders and three-wheelers

Cargo and passenger L5 vehicles from fleets and dealers.

  • Dealers and service centres

Packs replaced under service or warranty, collected from the workshop.

  • Charging and swap stations

Packs retired from shared networks and depots.

57.9%

of India's 25,50,865 EV sales in FY 2025-26 were electric two-wheelers, and 4,77,765 were e-rickshaws.

Districts we collect from

District by district.

We build routes outward from the yard, so a district joins a regular route once the route can fill. Here's where each one stands.

  • Ghaziabad

    First yard, being built

Our first yard is being built here, on Delhi's eastern edge. Every route in the corridor starts and ends in Ghaziabad, and every pack is scanned in, sorted and sealed into lots here.

  • Gautam Buddha Nagar

    Routes being planned

The district of Noida and Greater Noida, south of Ghaziabad: EV dealers, service centres and the hubs of delivery fleets serving the capital region.

  • Delhi NCR

    Routes being planned

Across the border from our yard, the capital region's dealers, service networks and fleet depots are within a short run of Ghaziabad.

  • Hapur

    Routes being planned

East of Ghaziabad, close enough to share routes with the yard's home district.

  • Meerut

    Routes being planned

North-east of Ghaziabad and one of western Uttar Pradesh's largest cities, with the dealer and service network a city that size supports.

  • Bulandshahr

    Routes being planned

South-east of Ghaziabad, on the corridor's southern edge, reached on routes through Gautam Buddha Nagar and Hapur.

  • Baghpat

    Routes being planned

North of Delhi and west of Meerut, between the capital and the corridor's northern districts.

  • Muzaffarnagar

    Routes being planned

North of Meerut, at the corridor's northern end.

Why start here

Collection is won or lost on route density, and density is a local property: it exists in a corridor, not on a map of a country. This corridor carries one of India's densest end-of-life battery streams, and it's the geography our team knows.

Why we start with one corridor

Consistent volume from a corridor we know.

We'd rather commit to a number we can hit than a number that sounds good.
