Investors
Infrastructure for material India already has.
Recycling capacity exists. Regulation now requires formal channels. What's missing is the collection layer in between. That's what we're building, one corridor at a time.
Why now
The material exists. The formal route to the recycler doesn't exist yet.

The model
A simple trade, run with discipline.
01
Buy
End-of-life batteries from fleets, yards, shops and dealers, at rates quoted upfront and paid the same day.
02
Consolidate
Every pack stickered and weighed, sorted by chemistry and condition, and sealed into documented lots.
03
Sell
Lots go to CPCB-registered recyclers at an agreed rate per kilogram.
The margin is the difference between what a battery is worth at the seller's door and what a sorted, documented lot is worth at a recycler's gate.
Why this corridor
One corridor, run properly.
Western UP and the NCR carry one of India's densest end-of-life battery streams, and it is the geography our team knows. Density is what makes route economics work in collection.
How we grow
Corridor by corridor.
Density first: one yard, routes that fill, then the next corridor. Collection economics are won on route density, not on reach.
What compounds
The record is the asset.
Every pack carries its source, weight and custody history from pickup to gate. Recyclers buy on it, and it is exactly what producers need to evidence collection under the Battery Waste Management Rules.
That is a second line of business, built on the same records. We'll offer it once it can be delivered properly.
Why us
01
The record comes first
Every pack stickered and weighed at pickup, every consignment listing every sticker. Documentation generated from real transactions, not assembled afterwards.
02
Operators, not first-timers
We come from Optimite, where we built and ran the operating systems behind a services business at scale.
03
Registered downstream only
Material moves to CPCB-registered recyclers and nowhere else: the position that holds up as enforcement tightens.
04
Software built for the trade
Pickups, packs, lots and payments run through operating software we build in-house: Hindi on the ground, and working offline when the signal drops.
Talk to us.
We'd rather commit to a number we can hit than a number that sounds good.
