Trust & compliance

What a vendor check asks for, in one place.

How we handle lithium-ion packs, what we record, what we refuse to do, and the documents you can see before you work with us.

Registrations

Statutory details, published as they're issued.

Optimite Energy is registered in Gurugram, Haryana. Our registration numbers appear here, and in the footer of every page, as each one is issued. We don't list anything that isn't issued yet.

Safety protocol

Every pack handled as the hazard it is.

  1. 01

    Graded at pickup

Every pack is graded on condition at the door: intact, swollen, damaged or unlabelled, before it goes on the truck.

  2. 02

    Segregated storage

Packs are stored by chemistry and condition. LFP and NMC never share a lot.

  3. 03

    Quarantine that holds

Swollen and damaged packs go to a separate quarantine bay. The records won't let them be sealed into a lot.

  4. 04

    Sealed to a checklist

No lot leaves until terminals are taped or capped, there are no leaking packs, it's a single chemistry, it's strapped no more than three high, and the crew is in PPE.

  5. 05

    Incidents on record

Every safety incident and near miss is recorded, however small, and reviewed. Safety comes before speed, every time.

What we record

A record that can't be quietly changed.

Every pack
Its own OE sticker, chemistry, voltage, capacity, brand and date from its label, condition, and a weight from the scale with a photo of the reading.
Every pickup
Seller, date, the list of stickers collected, the seller's signature on the manifest, and the payment against the recorded weight.
Every lot
Single chemistry, every sticker listed, pack count and total weight fixed at seal, the safety checklist, the buyer and the dispatch paperwork.
Every gate
The recycler's weighbridge figure, recorded against our sealed weight.
Every change
Logged with who made it and when. After dispatch a pack's record can't be edited; a correction is a new record that points to the old one.

What we won't do

Lines we don't cross.

  • Send material to anyone who isn't a CPCB-registered recycler.
  • Mix chemistries in a lot.
  • Seal a swollen or damaged pack into a lot.
  • Buy a battery without recording it, or pay without a record.
  • Collect lead-acid. We collect lithium-ion EV packs only.
  • Edit a record after dispatch.
  • Publish a volume, a capacity or a registration we don't have.

Documents

See the paperwork before the first lot.

Every lot travels with a manifest listing every sticker, a GST invoice, and an e-way bill where the law requires one. The samples below use our real formats with illustrative data. For a full document pack and our lot specification template, talk to us.
