Most sellers reach us first on WhatsApp or the phone. You answer them, win their pickups, and keep them coming back.
What you'll do
- Answer sellers on WhatsApp and phone in Hindi: what we buy, our current rates and pickup slots.
- Turn enquiries into booked pickups, and follow up so first-time sellers become regular ones.
- Politely decline what we don't buy, such as lead-acid or damaged packs, and explain why.
- Log every conversation and pickup against the seller's record in our operating software.
- Flag anything unusual to the team the same day, and feed back what sellers ask for.
What you'll bring
- One to three years in inside sales, customer support or business development, ideally over WhatsApp and phone.
- Excellent spoken and written Hindi (Devanagari), and clear English.
- Quick, patient and polite, including in difficult conversations.
- Comfortable working to targets and keeping records as you go.
Good to have
- Experience in the automotive, EV or battery trade.
