You build and run the operation end to end: collection routes, our first yard in Ghaziabad, dispatch to recyclers, and the people and records behind them.

What you'll do

  • Set up and run our first yard in Ghaziabad: layout, segregated storage, the quarantine bay and the safety protocol.
  • Build and run daily collection routes across the corridor, and hire and lead the field, yard and driver teams.
  • Own the custody record: every pack stickered, weighed and reconciled from pickup to the recycler's gate.
  • Plan lots and dispatches with the partnerships team against each recycler's specification.
  • Set the operating rhythm: daily numbers, weekly reviews, and fixes that stick.

What you'll bring

  • Eight or more years in operations, including at least three leading teams on the ground in logistics, warehousing, reverse logistics, scrap or recycling.
  • Experience setting up a site, a route network or a new line from scratch.
  • Comfort with hazardous goods handling and the compliance that comes with it.
  • You run on data and write things down. Fluent in Hindi and English.

Good to have

  • Experience with lithium-ion batteries or EV after-sales.
  • Exposure to pollution control board compliance.
