You make sure every pack we touch is handled safely and every record we keep holds up, with regulators, recyclers and auditors.
What you'll do
- Own our registrations and filings under the Battery Waste Management Rules and with the pollution control boards.
- Write and run the yard's safety protocol: storage, quarantine, fire readiness, PPE and incident reporting.
- Make sure every consignment travels with the right paperwork: manifests, invoices and e-way bills.
- Train every team on the safe handling of lithium-ion packs, and audit that it happens.
- Prepare us for recycler, investor and regulator audits.
What you'll bring
- Five or more years in environment, health and safety or regulatory compliance, in manufacturing, waste, recycling or logistics.
- Working knowledge of India's waste management rules and pollution control board processes.
- Hands-on safety leadership on a site, not only on paper.
- Meticulous documentation.
Good to have
- Experience with hazardous waste, batteries or e-waste.
- A fire safety or EHS certification.
