What arrives at your gate
A lot built to your specification.
Before the first lot, we record what you accept: chemistries, condition, packing and payment terms. Every lot is sealed against it.
- 01Chemistry
- One chemistry per lot. LFP and NMC are never mixed, and a mixed lot cannot be sealed.
- 02Condition
- Swollen, leaking or damaged packs are held in quarantine and never enter a lot.
- 03Identity
- Every pack carries its own OE sticker, with chemistry, voltage, Ah, brand and date read from its label.
- 04Weight
- Each pack weighed on its own at pickup, with a photo of the scale reading kept on record.
- 05Seal
- Sealed against a safety checklist: terminals taped, damaged packs out.
- 06Totals
- Pack count and total weight are fixed at seal and printed on the manifest.

What we offer: consistent consignments to an agreed specification, material sorted before it reaches your gate, and documentation that supports your EPR reporting rather than complicating it.
Where it comes from
EV dealers and service centres, charging yards, and e-rickshaw, e-scooter and delivery fleets across the corridor, starting from Ghaziabad.
We'd rather commit to a number we can hit than a number that sounds good.

Which chemistries you take, your acceptance criteria, payment terms and where your gate is.

A written specification
We record it against your account. Every lot we seal for you is checked against it.

A first lot
Sealed, manifested and dispatched with its invoice. You weigh it at your gate and we reconcile.
- 04
A cadence
Once lots reconcile, we agree a regular schedule we can hold.
Consignment record
Pack-level records, source to gate.
Every lot ends in one consignment record, built from the stickers, weights and checkpoints that came before it. Recyclers get material sorted before it reaches the gate, with documentation that supports their reporting under the Battery Waste Management Rules.

Questions recyclers ask
- Which chemistries do you supply?
- Lithium-ion only: LFP and NMC packs from electric vehicles, each chemistry in its own lot. We don't collect lead-acid.
- What happens to damaged or swollen batteries?
- They are held in a separate quarantine bay and never sealed into a lot, so they never reach your gate inside one.
- Are you a recycler?
- No. We collect, sort and consolidate. Processing happens at CPCB-registered recyclers, and material moves to registered recyclers only.
- Who issues EPR certificates?
- Under the Battery Waste Management Rules, 2022, EPR certificates are generated by registered recyclers and refurbishers, not by collectors. Our records give you the source and weight behind every lot you receive.
- What documents come with a lot?
- A lot manifest listing every sticker, a GST invoice, and an e-way bill where the consignment value requires one. Your weighbridge figure is recorded against ours after delivery.
- Where is the material collected?
- Western Uttar Pradesh and the NCR, starting from Ghaziabad.
